The Maximum Controls MEGATRON1400PRO delivers high-traffic commercial performance with a continuous duty brushless DC motor and direct gear drive — no chains, belts, or pulleys. Capable of handling gates up to 1,400 lbs./15 ft. or 1,200 lbs./20 ft., this operator runs on 24VDC operational voltage and opens a gate 90 degrees in approximately 11-1/2 to 18 seconds depending on gate weight and selectable speed control. The unit ships with an AGM 7 amp hour battery backup system with two 7-Ah batteries, providing over 400 full cycles during a power failure. A 5-year limited manufacturer warranty is included. Additional entrapment prevention devices are required. Installation must be performed by certified gate industry professionals — this product is not intended for non-professional installation.
