Southeast Access Customer Service
Warranty Disclaimer
Calling Technical Support and receiving a ticket number does not guarantee that your product is covered under warranty. After you've received your ticket number, please contact Southeast Access Technologies with that information to begin the RMA process with the manufacturer.
The manufacturer may issue an advanced replacement; however, after evaluation, the product's warranty may be determined to be void. In most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation.
If the product is not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for the full cost of the advanced replacement.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit a support ticket?
Do I need to send the defective product back to the manufacturer?
Yes. You must always return the defective product to the manufacturer as part of the RMA process — this is required for warranty evaluation and credit consideration.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning defective products, regardless of the method used. You may drop off the defective item at one of our locations and we will ship it for you at your expense, or we can provide a return label at your cost.
If you do not return the defective item after receiving an advanced replacement, you will be charged in full for that replacement. The defective item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the advanced replacement.
Never discard the defective product if you are submitting an RMA with a manufacturer.
