The NICE North America T310-AC-BL is a heavy-duty AC-powered swing gate operator kit engineered for single or dual gate applications. The kit includes the 912L-1 arm, ACBOX (gunmetal grey plastic control box with Mercury 310 controller and battery), OXIBD bi-directional receiver, Era One 2 Channel Mono Transmitter, and Pivot Bolt. Open and close time to 90° is 14–16 seconds, and the unit carries a 3-year warranty with product registration.
