The BD Loops BD-SB-B is a 14” diameter, 3/16” wide (.1875”) combo diamond saw blade for cutting saw-cut loop slots in both concrete and asphalt, making it a versatile choice for installers working in mixed environments. Its medium diamond bond cuts asphalt slightly quicker than a dedicated asphalt blade (at some cost to blade life) and cuts concrete, though not as fast as a dedicated concrete blade. The blade supports wet or dry cutting (wet preferred for longer life) and fits machines up to 25 hp with a 3/4” to 1” arbor (knockout included). Using a 3/16” blade instead of a 1/4” blade saves on gas, sealant, and cutting time.
