BD Loops 3/16TH ASPHALT BLADE

The BD Loops BD-SBA is a 14” diameter, 3/16” wide (.1875”) diamond saw blade engineered specifically for cutting saw-cut slots in asphalt for loop installation. It uses a hard diamond bond that resists shedding, giving the blade a long life and fast cuts in asphalt. The blade supports wet or dry cutting (wet cutting preferred for extended blade life) and fits machines up to 25 hp with a 3/4” to 1” arbor (knockout included). Using a 3/16” blade instead of a 1/4” blade saves on gas, sealant, and cutting time. Note: running an asphalt blade in concrete will cause it to glaze and stop cutting until re-run through asphalt.
