The EMX Industries 2803-2 is the controller for the VMD-202 free exit probe, featuring a water-tight, direct burial compatible probe assembly and settings retained in non-volatile memory to survive power failures.
Overview
The EMX Industries 2803-2 controller powers the VMD-202 vehicle motion detector — a single-piece probe unit designed to be buried next to a driveway. The probe and its electronics are housed in a slim design, and the probe assembly and cable are water-tight and direct burial compatible. Settings are stored in non-volatile memory, so sensitivity configurations are retained even after a power failure. The unit is supplied with a 50-ft. lead.
