The FAAC 117251 JS 48 HA EFO is a high-security, crash-rated retractable bollard engineered for environments requiring rapid vehicular threat response. It features a 1000 mm high, 275 mm diameter high-strength steel cylinder enclosed in a satin-finished stainless steel protective sleeve. The integrated hydraulic power unit delivers standard rise in approximately 6 seconds, while the Emergency Fast Operation (EFO) system reduces deployment to less than 1.5 seconds. Certified to PAS 68:2013, IWA 14-1:2013, and ASTM F2656-07, it is rated P1 with one bollard installed and is capable of stopping a 16,500 lb truck traveling at 48 km/h.
