Make Loop Installations Easy and Comfortable
The BD Loops PR-3/16 Pizza Wheel and Wedge Tool is a time-saving tool for installing BD Loops Preformed 3/16” Saw-Cut Loops. Roll loop wire into the bottom of the saw-cut slot while standing, clear stubborn rocks and pebbles from the slot, and quickly mark your dog-ear corners. It is not designed for use with hand-wrapped loops.
Many installers use screwdrivers, paint mixers, or sticks to stuff loop wire into the slot — tools that are inefficient and can nick the wire and cause the loop to short to ground. The smooth PVC wheel rolls wire into the slot without nicking it, saving your back and knees.

- 1/8” wide smooth PVC pizza wheel for pushing wire into the saw-cut slot
- Flat aluminum wedge tool for pushing wire into the 135° dog-ear corner cuts
- Metal clean-out hook to help remove stubborn rocks and pebbles from the slot
- Wood dog-ear corner block for marking the 5½” x 5½” x 7¾” dog-ear corner cutting pattern

Handle & Compatibility
The tool has a ¾” PVC coupler that accepts any length of ¾” PVC handle (Schedule 80 PVC conduit recommended). The metal clean-out hook can be screwed onto a 1” threaded metal pipe. Designed to work with BD Loops 3/16” Preformed Saw-Cut Loops.
