BD Loops SC 24-50 is a complete preformed saw-cut vehicle detection loop designed for concrete or asphalt. It offers a 24’ perimeter for 4x8 or 6x6 loop patterns and includes a 50 ft lead-in. Built with 16 AWG copper wire, a protective outer jacket, and a built-in backer rod, it installs cleanly in a 3/16” saw-cut groove.
BD Loops SC 24-50 is a complete preformed saw-cut vehicle detection loop designed for installation in a 3/16” saw-cut groove in concrete or asphalt. The loop perimeter is 24’ and fits a 4x8 or 6x6 loop pattern, with a 50 ft lead-in to route back to the loop detector. A thick, durable outer jacket protects and tightly binds the conductors on both the loop and lead-in for long-term reliability. This loop is made with 16 AWG copper wire. The built-in backer rod helps the loop sit properly in a 3/16” groove and eliminates the need for additional backer rod. Each loop is tested multiple ways before leaving the factory to support dependable vehicle detection.
