The LiftMaster CAP-AC Smart Access Hub gives communities an affordable cloud-based option to monitor and control access points without needing to upgrade the entire system. Through the myQ Community web platform, property managers can conveniently manage and control multiple access points across all communities in their portfolio from a single dashboard. Adding myQ Community app licenses to monthly subscriptions lets residents unlock access points for themselves and their guests, or send virtual guest passes — delivering easy access, sophisticated security, and reliable service.

Subscription

All LiftMaster Smart Access Solutions require a monthly subscription to myQ Community. Contact your Dealer or LiftMaster Representative to tailor the subscription for your community, including increasing app licenses or expanding video storage capabilities to 30 days.
