EMX Industries 2700-1 Ultrasonic Vehicle Detector

Overview

The EMX Industries 2700-1 (USVD-4X) ultrasonic vehicle detector uses Triangular Planar Array (TPA) technology to detect vehicle presence without the need for a loop in pavement. Simply mount the unit on a post or order box and aim it at the location where a vehicle would pass — no set-up or adjustments required. The detection head consists of 4 ultrasonic transducers that connect to an internal microprocessor-based control board, scanning the expected vehicle location and activating its output upon detection.

Compatibility
