BD Loops SC 18-20 is a preformed saw-cut inductance loop built for reliable vehicle detection in concrete or asphalt. This loop features an 18’ perimeter and fits a 3x6 or 4x5 loop pattern with a 20 ft lead-in. The loop and lead-in are protected by a thick outer jacket that tightly binds the conductors for added durability in saw-cut installations. It uses 16 AWG copper wire. A built-in backer rod helps the loop sit properly in a 3/16” saw-cut groove and reduces the need for extra materials. Each loop is tested multiple ways before it leaves the factory for dependable performance
