BD Loops SC 20-50 is a complete preformed saw-cut vehicle detection loop designed for installations where a 3/16” or wider groove is cut into concrete or asphalt. The loop perimeter is 20’ and fits a 3x7 or 4x6 loop pattern, and it includes a 50 ft lead-in for routing to the detector. A durable outer jacket provides an extra layer of protection and tightly binds the conductors for long-term reliability. This loop uses 16 AWG copper wire. The built-in backer rod helps the loop sit correctly in a 3/16” groove and can reduce sealant usage. Every loop is tested multiple ways before it leaves the factory to ensure consistent performance.
