Ways to Get Your Order

Counter Pickup (Will Call)

Pick up at either warehouse, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming in. The person picking up may be asked for the order number or ID.

Local Delivery

Local delivery on our own trucks can be scheduled. Contact your local office to arrange a delivery.

Carrier Shipping

Smaller orders ship by parcel carrier, such as UPS. Operators, gates, pallets and other large orders ship by LTL freight. Shipping charges are added to your invoice. You may also ship on your own UPS account number.

Direct From the Manufacturer

Some special-order and non-stock items ship directly from the manufacturer. These items may carry additional freight charges set by the manufacturer, and their lead times depend on the manufacturer.

Processing Times

In-stock orders received by 2:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders received later ship the next business day. Ship dates and lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Receiving Your Shipment

• Freight (LTL): write any damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) before signing. Freight signed for as "clear," with no damage noted, is very hard to claim later.
• Parcel: keep the box and all packing materials if anything is damaged.
• Report damage, shortages or wrong items to us within 2 business days of delivery, with photos of the box and product.

Title & Risk of Loss

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when products are picked up at our counter, delivered by our trucks, or handed to the carrier, as stated in our Terms of Sale. We will help you file carrier claims when shipping damage is reported on time.
